Teak is ideal for outdoor furniture because of its rich natural moisture resistant oils. This natural oil also aids as an insect repellant.
Kiln-dried teak hardwood with mortise and tenon joinery. Economy grade.
The original natural teakwood color will weather and soften to a silver patina if left outside and untreated. Teak furniture can initially or even later on be treated with store bought sealers or oils to provide a golden color tone.
