Q. How does your WAIT & SAVE program work?

A. Wood-Joy collects multiple orders from its customers and once there are enough pieces of teak furniture to fill a complete shipping container(s) we begin manufacturing the teak furniture at our affiliated Indonesian manufacturing facility. Wood-Joy then has the container shipped to the Port of Los Angeles. The container is then shipped to Wood-Joy’s warehouse facility in Palm Desert and the participating orders would be shipped via truck to their respective addresses. This is the most cost effective way to purchase beautiful long lasting teak at incredibly low prices.

In addition, Wood-Joy manages the shipping, the customs clearance, the duty taxes and most importantly guarantees and assumes ALL risks throughout this process until you receive your individual orders.
