Wood-Joy was introduced in 2007, aspiring to provide some of the finest teak outdoor furniture, rustic furnishings and other unique specialty wood products for the most discriminating buyer. Wood-Joy was started up by John Shoemate, founder and President of Shoemate Buildings, Inc. a California Company established in 1978.

Wood-Joy will be adding additional product categories over time as well as offering special contract furniture sales to commercial, municipal and large bulk buyers, much of which is imported from foreign manufacturers.  Wood-Joy has a great solid working relationship with both Indonesian and Chinese exporting companies.

While Wood-Joy is not generally open to the public on a daily basis, we do make ourselves available for special face to face meetings with our customers and vendors.  Most importantly we do provide our customers quality products in a professional manner.  We promise to work hard to please our customers and to meet all of their expectations every day of the week.
