Q. How does the WAIT & SAVE program work?A. Wood-Joy collects multiple orders ($7,000 min) from its customers and once there are enough pieces of teak furniture to fill a minimum of one shipping container(s) we begin manufacturing at our affiliated Indonesian manufacturing facility. Wood-Joy has the container shipped to the Port of Los Angeles. The container is then shipped to Wood-Joy’s warehouse facility in Palm Desert and the participating orders are finally shipped via truck to our Wait & Save customers. This is the most cost effective way to purchase a large order of beautiful long lasting teak at incredibly low prices.
In addition, Wood-Joy manages the shipping, the customs and most importantly guarantees and assumes ALL risks throughout this process until you receive your individual orders. INSTRUCTIONS TO RECEIVE YOUR PROPOSAL (We Suggest You Print These Instructions Before Proceeding)
In order for us to provide you a proposal you need to scroll through the various products in our photo gallery and add to the shopping cart all of the products and quantities you may be interested in. As you can see the price is $0.00, so no matter how many items you select there will be no charge. No credit card information is required. Once you have selected all of the products and quantities you will need to check out. Fill out the Customer Information Checkout Form then click the Continue Checkout button. You will then be directed to the Billing Information page. DO NOT fill in any credit card information. Just click the Check/Money Order radio button and then click the Continue Checkout button. An Invoice/Receipt Form will appear which will display all of the teak pieces you have selected. DO NOT click the CONFIRM ORDER button. Just print this Invoice/Receipt Form and fax it to 760-771-6102 or scan it and email it to js@wood-joy.com. We will immediately provide you a fully discounted cost summary for the entire list.
